New Dental Patient Information Reno

We’d Like to Welcome You to Our Reno Dental Office

Is your first appointment here at Smile Design Implant Centers rapidly approaching? We are very excited to meet you! To make sure that things go well on the big day, we ask that you read through the general information listed below in advance of your visit. We know that seeing a dentist for the first time can be a little daunting, so please feel free to let us know beforehand if you have any questions or specific accommodations.

Your First Visit

We know that first impressions matter in today’s world; so that’s why we’ll work hard to make sure your first visit is positive, rewarding, and has you wanting to return!

Your first consultation should take about an hour; this includes you arriving at our office, coming back to an operatory for your oral evaluation, scans, and X-rays, and of course, chatting with our team and carefully reviewing all possible avenues of treatment that might benefit your smile. We’ll also spend some time getting to know you and your smile goals; gauging this really helps us deliver results you’ll love.

However, none of this will feel rushed at all; both Dr. Winfield and Dr. Ricciardi know that a healthy, beautiful smile isn’t something that can be achieved overnight; it takes careful consideration and commitment from all parties involved. That said, this first visit is a positive step in that direction!

We love getting new patients at Smile Design Implant Centers! If you’re visiting our office for the first time, we ask that you download and fill out the patient forms we have below. Please fill these out thoroughly and completely so we can provide you with the most accurate care possible. Of course, if you need to wait until you’ve arrived at our office to complete them, that’s fine too. We look forward to meeting you!

Note that our office is not in-network with any insurance providers. However, our team is more than happy to work with patients who have dental insurance. We can assist with the filing and billing parts of the process, and if you have questions about the specifics of your coverage, we’re more than happy to provide clarification. Remember, dental insurance is there to help you affordably maintain your oral health; so don’t hesitate to use it to serve your smile!

Financing Options

Lacking dental insurance should never be something that prevents your smile from receiving the care it needs to stay healthy and bright. That’s why we’re proud partners with CareCredit, a third-party financer that allows qualifying patients to break up their cost of dental care into manageable installments with low (or no) interest rates. In addition to CareCredit, we also work with Proceed Finance and iCreditworks, which function similarly. Feel free to call our office to learn more about these options and how to sign up.
